LOLC Finance RDC was officially incorporated in February 2022 as part of the LOLC Group’s strategy to expand its financial services footprint. Following its incorporation, the company successfully obtained its deposit-taking microfinance license in June 2025, enabling it to offer a range of microfinance products and services to meet the financial needs of underserved communities.
